Team Building
Table Challenges with Group Scoring
Our team building format turns the tables into a structured challenge. Teams rotate through roulette, blackjack and poker stations in timed rounds, earning points for strategy, collaboration and — occasionally — sheer luck.
Each round is guided by a host who teaches the game first, so no prior experience is needed. Between rotations, teams compare scores on a shared leaderboard, and the evening closes with a short awards ceremony.
The format works for groups of 12 to 80 and runs 90 minutes to 3 hours. It can stand alone or bolt onto a dinner or conference programme.

Our end-of-year function had 180 guests and six tables. The producer handled everything with the venue directly — we just approved the run sheet.
