Casino-themed evenings are wonderful entertainment — and they stay wonderful because of clear boundaries. This page explains the standards every Casino Moments event follows, so clients, venues and guests know exactly what our format is and what it is not.

1. Entertainment, Not Gaming

Casino Moments is an event production company. Our hosted tables are theatrical entertainment built around classic table games — and nothing more:

Symbolic chips only. Chips are props. They have no monetary value, are handed out free as part of the event, and are collected back at the end of the night.
No money at the tables — ever. Guests cannot buy chips, exchange them, or receive money or anything of monetary value for their final score.
Points-based scoring. The evening ends with a light-hearted leaderboard and, at most, a trophy moment or small keepsake arranged by the client.
No links to real gaming. We do not promote, facilitate or provide access to any real-money play, online or offline.

2. Adult Audiences

Our casino-themed formats are designed for guests aged 18 and over. For mixed-age functions, tables are placed in a clearly separated adults-only area, and hosts politely redirect underage guests. This is a condition of every booking.

3. Host Standards

Every host completes our training programme, which covers more than dealing:

keeping the tone light, social and inclusive — the game is a conversation starter, not a competition that matters;
never encouraging guests to treat play as anything other than entertainment;
reading the room — slowing the pace, changing the game or taking a break if energy tips the wrong way;
declining any guest suggestion of side arrangements involving money, politely and without exception.

4. Our Commitments to Clients and Venues

The entertainment-only nature of our format is stated in every proposal and contract.
We brief venues in advance so their own policies and licences are respected.
Marketing materials for your event can carry our standard wording — "casino-themed entertainment, symbolic chips, no real-money play" — free of charge.
We decline bookings that ask us to depart from these standards. This is not negotiable, and it protects every client we work with.

5. If You Have Concerns

Entertainment should feel good for everyone in the room. If anything at one of our events ever seems inconsistent with this page, please tell the event producer on the night or contact us afterwards at [email protected] — it will reach the founders directly and be investigated within five working days.
